GTA5 because it's GTA. Far Cry 3 was one of the biggest surprises of last gen and Far Cry 4 is not only its sequel but cross gen. Watch Dogs is a cross gen title. AC Unity is next gen only and the whole parity fiasco won't drop sales much, but certainly isn't doing the game any favors.

Watch Dogs has already shipped over 8 million units with actual sales somewhere close to that, and would probably sell over 9 million units by the end of the year. Do you really think that GTA V on PS4 + XB1 will outsell it this year? Its just a port, even though GTA is big. I don't think it will sell that much.

I'm surprised as well that people are saying GTA will sell the most. Its a port of a game everybody has already played. It will sell well but not more than 5m.
