GTA V is just a port on PS4 + XB1, while the other three are new games. Yeah, I am only talking about new releases of this year, so I am only taking into consideration the current-gen version of GTA V which have not yet released.
Also, the last-gen version of GTA V have sold less than 3 million units combined in 2014 anyhow.
