it doenst matter, if xb1 would sell 2m or 1.5m in japan. i would not change anything for the xbox one in japan.

Ah okay. Looks more like 200k lifetime will be max. I will agree that Japan is largely irrelevant to MS, and China is irrelevant to both of them. It's all small potatoes compared to US and EU, where the huge bulk of global sales come from.
