Isn't EAD also working on Splatoon? Or is it another team?

Kyoto SDG2 is making Splatoon

Tokyo SDG2 is making Captain Toad

Damn, I kept hearing EAD thrown all over the place to the point where I don't know which games were developed by which branches.
