yes, they did good
what this article shows is that consoles won't be mainstream in china any time soon - probably never - but even a "niche" in China can mean selling millions of consoles, which should be good for the console business
especially if they can make up for expected low software sales by selling the hardware with a good profit

well, I guess MS and their chinese manufacturing/distribution partner really want to profit on hardware sales and not be as dependend on software sales
