So they need to forcibly restrict developers to try to make Xbone owners not "feel" second best...
Which is a funny way of admitting that they ARE second best.
In which case, as an Xbone and PS4 owner, I agree. They are second best. But I don't agree with this dogmatic policy as a means to project an illusion of equality. Maybe they should have made a better console, with better policies.
