Except it's better than most reviews state. Once you start driving you forget about the non open world / few cars / no festival / no story / whatever.
Looking at how the servers are not working even with just the retail and paid digital version, it seems obvious that adding 5 million ps plus editions making demands on the shitty servers isn't going to help things.
