Indies are flocking to PS4 either way. A lot of good will is coming towards playstation from the dev community because of how sony are handling the devs. Screwing them over just wont cut it. Sony's approach is just much better.
Its funny , but this parity clause is screwing MS over when its purpose is to make sure they arent. They deserve it.
