Lol, everything below 30fps will make people puke , and hurt your eyes and brain. If it's interactive video (games) especially games like Assasins Creed with alot of action, 30 fps is minimum even the numbershould go high if you get close to the screens (Virtual reality). unless your comment was sarcasm :).
