No, they can't lol when you start off a new character you have to play with the low level weapons and armors they give you until you're high enough to use uncommons, rares, legendaries and exotics. This guy was using a start-up weapon from lvl 2 progression.

Yes they can share armour and guns once they reach appropriate level, I was giving an example of a lower level person not a level 2 person. The lower level people can use armour or guns once they reach the level on a second character, but they've had all that time from theit first character to find and decrypt those items which will be ready and waiting for them.

That's what I just said. You tried to quote Angelus who was saying a lvl 2 was beating teams of 28s. If you're not talking about level 2's then there's no point quoting him.
