Umm I don't know? Because they actually have to read a script, meaning they'll look at the sentence and be like "wtf is this, it doesn't make sense". I'm sorry but I can't believe you realistically asked that question. 

Because it wouldn't happen. If they can't be assed to do any sort of editting, what makes you think there'd be any QC on the voice acting. Bad effort and lack of resources won't make anything better after spreading those resources even thinner.


Lack of resources? smh, no. No ones asking for a multimillion dollar budget. Dubbing isn't that expensive. A person with no budget could release that game in better quality smh. They can even outsource the game, that's no excuse. People need to stop giving these companies excuses for pathetic acts. The fact is, IF it was dubbed, it would NEVER turn out a disgustingly bad translation like it did. Give as much excuses as you like, I know what I need to know. I'm not ignorant on the topic.
