It's that time of year where my wallet starts hurting bad.

I started Q4 '14 with Alien Isolation and Driveclub bringing my running year total to $730 for 32 games. It's bound to overtake my blu-ray buying spree in the coming months which currently stands at $1009 for 58 movies.

Driveclub is starting to test my resolve to stick to physical releases. The game was CAD 68 vs CAD 50 for the digital release. With rain/snow not being on the disc and an extra location coming in free DLC, it does get me to question whether owning the disc is worth an extra $18, especially since I know I won't be trading it back in. At least I could start playing right away without having to wait hours for the download to finish and then having to watch my internet usage for the rest of the month.
