Forza Horizon 2 vs Driveclub: Which is the Better Exclusive Racer?

Well if you're going to insist on using that criteria to evaluate the two titles I'm going to have to ammend my conclusion:

Driveclub is great because it's a completely skilled based game

Horizon is pretty good because it has some elements of skill when driving.
