Not very surprising.
We know the Wii U CPU is quite weak, despite its OK GPU. It was reported that the PS4 CPU was also too weak for Assassin Creed Unity and was limiting the game.
The Wii U with its outdated specs can't handle such a heavy CPU game. Even the PS4 barely can.
These kind of games should be on PC only.
