But didn't people already decide by not buying, not one but two, Assassins Creed games on the WiiU.. Ubisoft showed more love to the WiiU then any other major third party publisher but got no love back...

If by love you mean horrible shovelware ports that made the Wii U version worse than PS3 and XB360, then I'd say players showed them a lot of love by not buying their garbage. Of course they didn't learn their lesson and shift the blame onto the audience for not wanting the worst, most half-assed attempt at a port available.
