Not to get involved, but no. Mechanics are different for all of them (except Wind Waker, obviously). Land/World were codeveloped.

If Wind Waker HD counts, so should TLOU: R. Besides I don't understand how direct sequels have different mechanics. Sequels usually only build over the mechanics of the previous game, not create new ones.
