You must have missed this one. My favorite part of this story is how Delaware was prepared for this exact scenario. Someone at a budget meeting or something actually said, "Wait a minute guys, what if a truck tips over and spills 20 million bees onto the highway?" And someone else said, "Shit man, you're right, we have no contingency plan for that situation. Let's draft something up for that."
