but it's Ubi's responsibility (as far as providing their customers the best experience possible on each platform) to get the most they can out of each platform.  They are making a concerted effort to NOT do that if it's the same on Xbox and PS4 since they know as well as you or I that it is not the same power level we're talking.

Is it really though? Have Ubisoft ever claimed their games are the most amazing games of all time on a technical level? Nope. Their only responsibility is to make fun games, whether that involves very high level graphics or not doesn't really matter that much.

it's not about how pretty their games are overall.  Not having it look better on PS4 compared to X1 is laziness and/or forced parity for a lesser system.  Same principal as if X1 version was made to look like WiiU or WiiU was held back for the sake of PS3 versions of games like AC3.  Hell what if PC was held back to force parity with PS4?  Terrible practice and it would show they either weren't trying to provide the best experience possible on each individual platform or they were simply being bought.  Same principal applies here.
