Ubisofts response is just down right insulting. We know the power gap is there, we've seen it used in other games as recently as Shadow of Mordor where the PS4 version has a significant advantage. Both the specs and results show it.
Ubi is trying to convince us that somehow both the PS4 and Xbox One versions are 900p @30 fps without having to limit the PS4 version in any way. Utter garbage.

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
