How stupid.. I never got this logic. You should be rewarded/employed based upon how skilled and hard working you are, not what the freaking color of your skin is or your gender. Now if there are more women than men, blacks, asians, etc, that truly deserve the opportunies more (because of the skill of their craft/work they put in), then awesome. But companies shouldn't have to lower the bar just to being in a more "deverse" crowd. That's completely unfair to those who actually DESERVE the opportunities.
Ironically, by trying to be more "diverse", these people are in fact the ones being racist.
