Thought it was interesting to see how male dominated the tech industry is. Also surprised to see so many Asians and so few Black and Hispanic people. 

You were "surprised" at those numbers?  Really?   I bet you would be surprised the rosters of NFL football teams are 100% male!   

 

You muat not be very aware of the tech workforce  or are very young
