To be fair it's Sony's console not Ubisofts. Therefore it is Sony's responsibility to make full use of it, nobody elses.

but it's Ubi's responsibility (as far as providing their customers the best experience possible on each platform) to get the most they can out of each platform.  They are making a concerted effort to NOT do that if it's the same on Xbox and PS4 since they know as well as you or I that it is not the same power level we're talking.
