Well, it's certain that this Tharja trophy was in the version of the game submitted to the ESRB, but is not in the final retail build. It's possible that some hypothetical DLC pack in the future will add trophies in addition to other content, so this could be a DLC trophy.
Smash is E10+ anyway, and I don't really see how this one trophy would push it up to T.
