They're not really combating policies. The government asks you for a extensive list of employment for a duration.
They go over it to see if employees and candidates were descriminately chosen to fill or to be barred from a firm. It's not like if I got less qualif. than you and because I'm blue, I get a job.
And that goes also for non-white firms, if they hire only minority while barring whites with the same qualification for jobs, somehow they don't receive government benefits.
