.Yup console always get benefit from less over head, OS layer of programing to metal, optimization because of standarize spec. even some famous games developer already mentioned in some articel that PS4 are equal to medium to high modern GPU on 2013-2014 written spec for PC, but high end to entusiast level of graphic on the performence (optimization, etc)
