Some consoles I decide to hold off for their entire lifecycle, like the Xbox. Now I'm buying great original Xbox games that are backwards compatible for a few dollars. Just the other day I picked up Full Spectrum Warrior for 3.99 and the Sega GT 2002/Jet Set Radio Future pack-in game for 0.99, both at Gamestop. Sometimes it's really worth it for your wallet to hold off a few years until a lot of the games are dirt cheap. I'm trying to build up a nice GC, PS2 and Xbox collection that I can keep for whenever I get the itch to play for a small percentage of the price they would have been in their original launch windows.
