Well, I think you glasses aren't correct yet, try another doctor. Another things that come in my mind:
- Photosensitive epilepsy. You get headaches or even convulsions after dealing with blinking light sources, like computer monitor or video games.
- FOV. In the case of games specifically, a lot of PC games come with a FOV setting equal to the used on the console version and that can cause motion sickness. FOV is Field of View and it is basically the size of your "window" to the 3D enviroment. It's lower on consoles because you are sitting far from the TV (like sitting far from a window) and should be higher on PC where you are facing the monitor pretty close. Software like Flawless Widescreen allow to change it.

Anyway, just use this thread as an advice of things you should ask your doctor, not as a diagnostic. Go to a doctor (a new one if your current isn't helping).
