So Vettel will join Ferrari next year and Kvyat will replace him at Red Bull. Which means Alonso will leave Ferrari.
Pretty bad moves as things are right now. Unless Newey or some other high level engineer joins Ferrari, Vettel won't have the car he needs to win. Alonso won't have a good car next year too. I don't see Hamilton or Rosberg leaving the team with the best car by a landslide, and Red Bull getting rid of Ricciardo to hire him seems unlikely. Williams is not a real choice. Red Bull gets Kvyat too, who has scored less points than his teammate...
