Palit JetStream runs at higher than reference clocks and it seems like a pretty cool (according to Guru3D thermals) and good performing card. However, it does not have a backplate, and techpowerup also reported some coil noise.

WTF?!

I thought coil noise was something of the past, and yet it seems that all 970, whatever the card brand is, can suffer it .
