I would too, but that's the price of the console by itself.
This comes with 7 games plus some downloads and 50$ in credit. And not just crap games, MK8 and SM3DL go for 50 each as well.
I'll be buying smash with the credit as well, so in essence it also comes with smash.
Also on the to buy list is bayonetta 2, and hyrule warriors, among others.
