Hmmm all time is a tough one...
1. Castlevania Aria of Sorrow
2. Metroid Fusion
3. Persona 4 Golden
4. Tetris
5. Gravity Rush
Sidenote: If the rule wasn't there about 1 per series, there would be more Castlevania on there. the Portable CV games are all incredible. Crisis Core and 6 Golden Coins are prob my 2 honorable mentions.
