The visuals are definitely better, specially the stages, they look beautiful! But the characters didn't seem to get the same amount of upgrade. They did change some of the faces and they added real time dynamic cloth physics now so they fold and wrinkle in real time now instead of being just textures. Rage arts can be blocked but unfortunately cannot be cancelled. So far it looks to be very early stages into development. Harada said there will be close to mid-30s characters to choose from. Gameplay will surely change in the final version, as with graphics. Remember Tekken 6? The first version of that game was FAR from what the final game became. Many things were nerfed, removed and changed and the graphics were also improved in the console version. |
