I'm of the anti-Killzone camp except that actually didn't like that series when the games were new (though they did look stunning). I was just thinking back to how I was wowed by games like Starfox on the SNES or The Bouncer (which sucked to lots of people but were awesome to me!) on the PS2. If the games didn't look great, I wouldn't have enjoyed them. I'm just having a hard time thinking of 7th gen examples. Maybe it's just too soon.
