It doesn't really matter if he 'enjoyed' it. It's statutory rape and anyone defending it is disturbed. Would it be different if he was 12 and enjoyed it? How about 14? Just because he 'enjoyed' it does not remove the fact that he is still a child. Regardless of what anyone thinks, a person is still at child and incapable of making good decisions at 16. These women should definitely be locked up and flagged as sex offenders in the same way any male would.

Law (from where I live) states that you can have sex with people of 16 as long as there's consent. So if it is legal, I do not see the problem of doing so.

With one of 14, law does not protect you. Hence, it is illegal. It's not a matter of enjoying it, it's a matter of giving consent for such activity. (Heck, you can have sex with someone of your age and not enjoy the act). If this child of 14 is mature enough to give consent (knowing the full implications of what he's about to do, and accept doing so), I wouldn't see a problem either (Law would still be applied here, so it is still illegal).

Can't say with one of 12. That's completely borderline. Using myself as an example, I hardly knew anything about sex with twelve, so I would consider that even if a 12 year old says "yes", he wouldn't comprehend entirely the implications of sex. Hence I would not approve sexual relationships in that case.

It's how I see it. Doesn't necessarily mean I'm right.
