Why would they complain that the game is hard? Isn't that the point of the game... to be challenging?

Horror games are suppose to be challenging because it made you tense. It's not a horror games if it's east to play. Reading the reviews,  they complained about how the alien AI is unpredictable, how this is a bad thing. This made me want the game even more. 

Agreed. I want that. I don't want Colonial Marines, where they stare at a wall.
