in germany u can have sex with a older women at age 16 and drink a good wine after. (10 years ago u could smoke a cigarret after to, but those greenfags changed the law, now we have konzentrationszonen for smoker at many places and smoking is allowed at age 18)

16 is still high for European standards, isn't it 15 in Germany? It is 15 in Poland. You can have sex with a 14 yo in Italy - that's the European high score I think that the lowest regulated age limit in the World is 8 yo, but I forgot where it is

and i dont think 8 yo is allowed anywhere in the world. some middle eastern countrys dont have a age, its just allowed if u are married.
