I'm only a 'fan' of one because I still have some faith in the Final Fantasy franchise, despite Square Enix's repeated attampts to destroy it.

Not at all interested in the other, since it's predecessor (Xenoblade Chronicles) was one of the worst RPGs I have ever played.

It's funny, I feel the same way about Final Fantasy and XIII being the worst jrpg I've ever played.

Though, I don't think Monolith had tried to destroy their series. I personally thought Xenoblade Chronicles is one of the all time greatest JRPGs.
