I woke up hearing a massive explosion. Looking outside my window, it was apparent that a war was going on. I curiously went outside to get a better understanding of the situation, but didn't get far until I was interrupted by Barack Obama rushing towards me. "GET DOWN!" he yelled as he pushed me to the ground. Immediately after, a rocket whooshed past me, completely destroying the exterior of my house.

Completely in shock, I turned around to see Obama still resisting the resulting shockwave. He then gave me a smile before he called in an air strike, obliterating the area where the rocked was fired from. "Now that's tax money well spend!" I could hear him mutter as I approached him to offer my thanks. But before I had the chance to do so, he interrupted me by handing me a gun. "It's dangerous to go alone, take this." He then pointed towards a dark cloud that could be seen near the bridge connecting the island to the mainland. At that moment I knew exactly what to do. "I take it that's where the front line is?" He nodded.

Determined, I ran towards the bridge, ready to face this unknown threat head-on. "These fuckers have no idea who they're dealing with!" I thought to myself as my adrenaline levels went through the roof. "This fight ends today!"

On my arrival, the sight on the other side of the bridge was all but pleasant. I saw dozens of zombies armed with everything from pitchforks to automatic rifles, and what appeared to be tri headed wolves on their leashes. All of them feasting on what used to be the villagers and their protectors. Until they noticed me.

Suddenly all of them rushed towards their newfound prey. I raised my gun and took out the first few zombies with little effort. A tri headed wolf made it past my aim however and bit my firing arm. In an act of pure genious and desperation, I grabbed the leg of a fallen soldier and threw it as far as I could, hoping to catch the tri headed wolf's attention. My attempt seemed  fruitless at first, as it still had a firm grip on my hand while the next horde of zombies was approaching quickly and started to fire at my direction. But its left head, being the only head still able to see the leg, somehow got the upper hand over the others and made them chase my bait. I caught my breath, reloaded, and started returning fire.

Thanks to the zombies' limited cognitive skills, I was able to take them out even in my injured condition. In a sigh of relief, I lowered my head and turned around to reload my gun once again. Only to find my old friend, the tri headed wolf, standing right next to me with a leg in one of his mouths. Except this leg had dark skin.

With all hope lost and an overwhealming fear spreading through my body I quickly came to the realization that...

...wait a minute, this thread is about dreams? As in, things that didn't actually happen? Bummer.

Nevermind, then.
