I think it will add much needed depth to our player pool.  Also, how valuable that some of these kids will have played together for 4-7 years before first team action.

The league also started allowing affliate clubs with USL (the third tier of the sport in the US, sort of similar to League 1 in England) clubs.  It is a mix between baseball's minor league system and able to loan players out to lower levels to get minutes like in other countries.  Really helped our back up GK Willis shine.

I think MLS has come a long long way from 1996 and learned a lot. Future also looks really bright.
