I will say MLS has made strides that our B Teams can often take care of non Mexican sides. The issue is when the knock out stages happen MX clubs have that bit of quality and depth struggle to answer. There is also the issue some managers don't view the CL as main priority because the concept is a bit foriegn to them. I think there is a very good chance either Portland, Kansas City, DC United or Montreal will make the final. Winning it though is the last major hurdle.
