No cure period. Once you've got it, it's all up to how healthy you are and how good your medical care is.

That said, it's nothing like the flu in terms of how communicable it is. Mostly it seems to be exchanging due to unsanitary conditions in Africa.

There are a couple Ebola vaccines, though, I do not think human testing has started yet, or it just started...
