I do as well. There use to be so much more diversity. Now it's almost all adult, M rated stuff.

Far from the truth, especially considering games like Little Big Planet, Tearaway, Knack, Ratchet and Clank, Sly (the last one came like a year ago) and Invizimals. And let's not forget the hundreds of indies that are colourful and fun to play. The diversity is there.

Not in quality, scale or budget.

Quality is subjective but even if you go by users or critics scores, Little Big Planet and Tearaway were just as good as M rated games. People can keep complaining for the sake of complaining about Sony, but as far as I'm concerned there is diversity and the quality is there. Don't know if you've played Tearaway but if you havent you're missing out. It proves that a game even with a small budget can be incredible. I could not care less about budget as long as Sony keeps releasing games as good as Tearaway is.

Oh there are still great ones and I'm not targeting sony specifically. Just saying that they're not being pushed as much as they could be. There are Gems like LBP and Tearaway but not enough AAA developers are investing those kind of experiences to appetise my appetite. At least not sony and microsoft platforms.
