I really dislike digital.
Anyways, take it to a friends house with your computer and download it. Tedious, but at least you get the game you paid for.
I am slightly surprised by the customer support though. Out of all the customer support I have gone through like Sony, MS, ASUS, etc. Blizzard was always the best.
