No, based on this logic you shouldn't complain that you don't drive a Corolla because you bought a Civic. You had a choice between the two, and you chose the Civic, knowing that you could buy one but not both.
Well, this analogy would work better if a Civic cost 30% more than a Corolla. But you get the gist of it.
