Yeah I failed to download and install the battle.net app on my laptop, and that was even after I slipped in the ethernet cable to make a wired connection. But in my case there must have been some local internet weirdness because once the laptop went to my Nephew's house they managed to set up the app and download Hearthstone on a wireless connection no problem. So weird.
