But since when do we pay the same prices around the world? My 2 liter Coca Cola is probably more expensive then yours.. Just like Bread, milk, cheerios and everything else.. Or do you think that Sony will lower the price when the currency gains strenght again? 

They'll lower the price if they feel it makes them more money to lower it (through increased sales), otherwise they won't. You actually make my point for me, prices across the world vary, based on the cost of doing business and what the market will bear. In this instance, does it make sense that a small market like SA with its restrictive labor laws, geographic isolation and high business taxes would have lower prices than places like the EU or US?
