Does Shadow of Mordor Run at 720p/30fps on Xbox One?

We need to stop calling what is not 60fps a 60fps game.

The PS4 version very rarely hits 60fps (if at all), and is better described at 30+fps.

Anyways, I expect around 900p with locked 30fps for the X1 version.
