Of course it's biased, every list ever is biased.

You'd expect a "history of video games" video to show more history.  Not just a single company with a few other games here and there.  It's like a history of RPGs having Ultima at the beginning, every single Final Fantasy, then Skyrim at the end. 

They have the best OST though.
