Does Shadow of Mordor Run at 720p/30fps on Xbox One?

No, the resolution disparity wasn't as significant.

It was 1080p during gameplay, 900p during cutscens and generally locked at 30 fps. PS4 version was 1080p and achieved 60 fps with dips into 40s during action.

So 720p/30fps is considerably worse.

That's incredibly close.  Oh and 1080p cutscenes lol?!  Big accomplishment there!
