if the PS4 (or any console) is at 5.1M on the chart, their exact total could be 5.06M. If the following week they sell 80k consoles, the number on teh chart wil still remain at 5.1M even though the real number is now 5.14M. When ever the real numbers cross the next .05 marker, the chart number increases by 1. Makes for some rather starnge charting.

But occasionally you would think this idiosyncrasy would favour the PS4 too. That's why I've waited.
